Can I change or cancel a recently placed order?
It is not possible to change or cancel an order.

When can I expect my order?
If you have placed an order on weekdays before 1:00 PM, we strive to send it the same day to the address you provided.
If you order after 1:00 PM or on the weekend, you can generally order within 2
expect working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive one from us
shipping confirmation by mail.

I have lost my return and / or packing slip and I want to return. What should I do?
If you have an account you can print a new return form through the order history if you
log in to the webshop.

Where should I return the package?
The package contains a return label with the correct address where the package must be sent to the retor

Note: you are responsible for the correct delivery, always keep it yourself
proof of shipment.

Do the items have to be returned in the original packaging?
We prefer this to prevent damage. If you don't have these anymore, make sure

Can my return shipment also be picked up?
No, it is only possible to return an order via a DHL service point.

Are there costs associated with returning my order?
Returning the order is at your own expense. Don't forget to keep your proof of delivery
until your return has been processed.

When do I get my money refunded from my returned items?
You will receive your purchase amount back on your account or within 14 days of receipt
credit card.
