RETURN PROCEDURE

We hope that you are happy with your purchase! Are you not completely satisfied? No worries, that's no problem at all. You have the right to return the order within 30 days. The 30-day return period commences when the package is delivered to you.

Instruction:
Follow the steps below to quickly and easily return the items (s):

Place the items you want to return in the box in their original packaging.
If there is a return label, fill it in completely.
Place this return label on the return shipment.
Bring the return to the nearest DHL Collection Point (https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints) and keep the proof until we have confirmed the return. You will receive this confirmation by e-mail soon.
The return costs of a return shipment are for your own account. In the Netherlands this amounts to 5.95 via DHL. (ask us for other countries) These return costs are automatically credited from the amount returned.
As soon as the return shipment has been received and processed in the warehouse, every shipment is checked. If it appears that your return has been returned undamaged and within the return period, you will receive a credit note and we will order the relevant bank or credit card authority to refund your purchase amount. This process can take up to 14 working days in its entirety. In case you paid with KLARNA, the returned items will be deducted from the invoice.

The following conditions apply to the return:
The clothing has not been worn and / or washed
There are no (food) stains, make-up stains, body odors or cigarette / cigar smells on the items.
No attempt was made to repair a defect
