Privacy-sensitive data and / or personal data are processed via our webshop. Resort Finest BV considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

In our processing we adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation.
This means, among other things, that we:

Your account
Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in with your username and a password of your choice.

For this we use your email address and IP address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information for the following reasons:

- you can log in easily without having to enter the required information again and again
- we can easily contact you regarding the execution of the agreement

Through your account you can adjust your information and data whenever you want.
We keep the information until you close the account.

Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it correctly. We provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your email address, telephone number, IP address, billing address and name and address details. All this takes place on the basis of your consent. We keep your information until the order is completed. We store some customer data longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that receive your personal data from us. We work together with:

Provision to third parties; contact form, newsletter & advertising

We work with certain companies that can receive your personal data mentioned above from us. Of these parties, mailchimp for the processing of newsletters and other mailings is located outside the EU.

Contact Form
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details, IP address and e-mail address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services.
We do this:
- by email
- via social media

You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we collect your location data (GPS). You will be asked for your permission for this at the moment. This location data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation / map software, such as Google Maps, or by Google or Apple itself. We have no control over this ourselves, so we advise you to also read the privacy statements of the parties concerned.

Our webshop can show advertisements. We do not publish these ourselves, but advertising agencies do that we work with. These agencies keep track of what you like, and use that information to show only those ads / offer offers that may be of interest to you in the future.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances - except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires it in the event of a suspected crime).

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop.

Our webshop can use cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and can see that you are visiting us. When our webshop uses it, we show a notification with an explanation about cookies. At that time we will ask for your consent to the use of these cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some functions of our webshop may not work properly anymore.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize the IP addresses.

Security of personal data is very important to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:

- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password
- The data is stored in a separate, protected system upon receipt
- We take physical measures such as locks and safes to protect access to the systems in which personal data are stored
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) with which all information between you and our website is protected when you enter your personal data
